POKECASE offers virtual Pokémon booster packs that contain authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) cards. Our virtual booster packs are priced based on current market values of physical Pokémon boosters. We regularly update our collections to include the latest Pokémon TCG releases. After opening a virtual booster pack, users can choose to keep the physical cards (which will be delivered by mail) or exchange them for credits on our platform.

All prices are displayed in the user's local currency when possible. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Additional taxes may be added to the displayed prices depending on the user's country of residence, in accordance with applicable tax laws. We accept all payment methods supported by Stripe in the user's region.

Users can also purchase booster packs using credits if they have a sufficient balance. Credits can be obtained by exchanging cards after opening boosters or through the affiliate program.

Due to the nature of our virtual booster packs, which are considered opened immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that the virtual opening of a booster pack constitutes immediate delivery of the service, and therefore no cancellation period or right of withdrawal applies.

By recharging an amount into your Pokécase.io account, you agree that the received credits (identified by the $ sign) are internal limited-use credits on the site, to be spent exclusively on products and services featured on the site, are not worth real money, and are not refundable.

Virtual credits on POKECASE can be used for the following purposes:

• Purchasing virtual booster packs (if the user has sufficient credits)
• Purchasing individual cards from other users on the POKECASE marketplace

Credits can be earned by exchanging cards after opening boosters. From time to time, we may add different events and/or additional services on our site with specific limited-use credits for such events and/or additional services. Such credits may be awarded as an additional reward for your activities on our site, may be provided in different forms (currency, etc.) at our discretion, and will not be considered as Pokécase.io credits. Granting you such credits will not be considered as additional Pokécase.io wallet, and we reserve the right to remove such credits and/or limit their usage without any compensation.

POKECASE offers an affiliate program where users can earn commissions through a creator code. When other users make purchases using an affiliate's creator code, the affiliate earns a percentage of those purchases as commission. For detailed information on commission rates and minimum payout thresholds, please refer to the Ambassador page on our website. Commissions are paid only when the minimum payout threshold has been reached.

Physical cards are dispatched at the end of each week to consolidate shipments. To qualify for delivery, users must:

• Have accumulated at least 10 cards they wish to receive physically
• Have paid the delivery fees indicated on their personal delivery page

Delivery times may vary depending on our order processing volume and seasonal factors. Under normal conditions, delivery takes approximately 1-2 weeks but may extend up to one month during peak periods. We disclaim any responsibility for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided by the user or from circumstances beyond our control.

As a condition of using the Service, you agree not to:

In case of discrepancies between the actual and intended drops, you shall not use such case until you receive notification of the elimination of such discrepancies. You also agree to notify us about such discrepancies in drops immediately after noticing via support. Using the Services after discovering such discrepancies and/or without notification shall be deemed as the use of the Service in an abusive way contrary to its intended use.

The POKECASE marketplace allows users to buy and sell cards using the platform's credit system. All transactions in the marketplace are final. POKECASE reserves the right to moderate listings and remove content that violates our terms and conditions. We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for disputes between users regarding marketplace transactions.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. We will terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without notice or liability, for accounts impersonating our staff members (e.g., "administrator," "moderator").

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
